The Santoshi Packaging Pvt Ltd has an integrated state-of-the-art manufacturing facility comprising of the latest technology from world leaders in multilayer blown film extrusion, with gravimetric feed systems, automatic thickness control systems, internal bubble cooling systems.

Extrusion

Nylon / EV0H barrier films from 25µ-250µ and width up to1500mm, 5 Layer Nylon / EV0H barrier films from 40µ-250µ and width up to1500mm, 3 Layer films from 25µ-200µ up to 1500mm.

Printing

Facility to print up to 8 colors on our advanced rotogravure print systems fully equipped with automatic registration control, web video and automatic stroboscope.

With a fully equipped quality control laboratory and quality assurance system in place, users are assured a consistent, high quality product.
